050nodes is an officially registered company in The Netherlands.
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. Refunds can be issued as 100% Store Credit, or returned to the original payment method. If a refund to the original payment method is not possible (e.g. giftcards) the refund will be given in Store Credit instead, alternatively, SEPA transfers can be done to bank accounts in the SEPA region (EU customers only).
Once Store Credit has been issued it holds no cash value and is therefore non-refundable, non-withdrawable and non-transferable.
Due to the digital and immediate nature of our Services, you explicitly agree that the performance begins immediately upon successful payment. Consequently, you waive your right of withdrawal (‘herroepingsrecht’) and all sales are final. Refunds are only granted at our sole discretion, or as explicitly stated under our refund policy from section 2.0, if applicable.
Certain services can be upgraded or downgraded, if a server is upgraded the difference will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis. The same goes for downgrades, however, downgrades are subject to technical resource limits and will receive store credit on a pro-rata basis.
Store credit holds no cash value and is therefore non-refundable, non-withdrawable and non-transferable.
The opening promotion is a temporary offer valid from 24/05/2026 until 31/07/2026, and is strictly limited to first-time customers only. This offer can be claimed by applying the designated promotional code at checkout to receive 25% off on the first invoice, on select services only (e.g.: Minecraft hosting, Discord bot hosting) Future renewals will bill at the standard recurring rate. 050nodes reserves the right to cancel any orders that bypass these terms
We offer temporary free trials of certain services based on available server capacity. These free trials are subject to our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a free trial immediately if:
When signing up, a customer is required to provide accurate data for their invoicing address (such as ZIP/postal code, street name, and city). In the event that we detect incorrect or incomplete information, the user will be given 5 working days to correct the mistake. In the event of drastic changes, we reserve the right to request official proof of address.
If the user does not comply with our request for data correction within the specified timeframe, their services will be cancelled immediately. In this case, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any unused pre-paid services, after the deduction of actual transaction costs and a one-time administration fee of 5 Euros.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Services for activities that include, but are not limited to:
050nodes reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any service found in violation of this fair use policy, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability for data loss or service disruption.
In the event the hosting services provided to the Customer are disrupted or malfunction for any reason, the Provider’s liability shall - except where limited by Dutch law in cases of willful misconduct (‘opzet’) or gross negligence (‘grove schuld’) - be limited to damages which shall not exceed the amount due and payable by the Customer to the Provider for the hosting services during the exact period of disruption or malfunction.
050nodes reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service. If a revision is material (such as changes to pricing, core services, or your consumer rights), we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the new terms taking effect. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you have the right to terminate your account or agreement with us free of charge before the changes come into effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after the 30-day notice period, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
